Foothills Pointe Amenities

The Foothills Pointe recreational amenities are clustered midway on the south side of the peninsula. We are a walking community and many residents walk to the pool and docks.  They are just that close.   These include:

-Boat Launch Ramp    -Community Boat Slips

-Tennis Courts    -A Swimming Pool with salt water filtration system   

- Recreational Pavilion with grills and tables

-Clubhouse with kitchen, great room with fireplace, party facilities, decks overlooking pool and lake, two guest bedrooms for owners/guests.

All utilities are underground and include sanitary sewer, municipal water, electric, telephone and natural gas (a rarity on TVA lakes)  and Bell South FastAccess DSL. Small satellite dishes are used for television reception. There is a lighted entry and only one access road into the community.  Since Foothills Pointe owns its roads,  limiting access with a gate may be an option for the future (if the majority of the residents want it).
