Foothills Pointe on Tellico Lake is a community surrounded by the beauty of water, mountains and green forests. It is located just 20 minutes from Maryville and 35 minutes from Knoxville. 

Foothills Pointe is designed with easy living in mind.  Just ask any of the residents who have built homes on the 120 acre peninsula!  Presently there are about 90 homes built along roads that carefully follow the contours of the land.  Natural features have been worked around rather than altered. The topography is such that most of the 193 lots have not only breathtaking views of the lake, but also panoramic views of the mountains.

Foothills Pointe is now 100% developed.  The final phase contains some of the best lake view lots - - several with sunrise and sunset views.  Due to the higher elevation (some as much as 180 feet above the lake level) many residents have chosen the spectacular lake view over the lake front lots.  Even though you are high above the lake, the roads are planned so most lots have a gentle slope to the road.  If you are looking for fabulous views at reasonable prices, these are properties are the best value on Tellico Lake!

There is something for everyone at Foothills Pointe.  Have a boat?  Foothills Pointe has community docks and a boat launch ramp.  Like to swim? Swim at the salt water pool overlooking the lake or play tennis on either of the two courts.  Like to socialize?  The clubhouse has a kitchen, gathering rooms, party facilities and two guest rooms for owners and their guests.  It has been used for many social events.  The new pavilion hosts "get-togethers" every other Friday night during the summer.  Progresssive dinners, hayrides, "spur-of-the-moment" sunset cruises and nights to the theater are just a few of the planned or spontaneous events.
