Foothills Pointe Owners Association
Foothills Pointe Owners Association operates under a Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, which establishes a five person Board of Directors (owners) to govern its operation. The elected Board and appointed Committees and Officers run the association and its facilities on a day-to-day basis. The Association has no employees. The Board conducts its business at a public meeting monthly. The annual owners meeting is in June.
The Association is in excellent financial condition with reserves for major maintenance and repairs. The monthly Association Maintenance Fee is kept low in comparison with other area associations due to good oversight and fiscal planning and the work of a number of volunteers in the Community. The current monthly fee is $55/month and presently includes sewer services.
There are no user fees for the pool and tennis courts.
Should you desire to reserve the clubhouse and/or pavilion for a private party, there is a user fee and a cleaning/damage deposit.
The two clubhouse bedrooms (including kitchen privileges) can be reserved by owners for their guests for a nominal charge.
A boat slip at the Community Docks can be reserved on an annual basis. There are also several short-term slips for owners who do not desire an annual slip. There is no charge for the short-term slips but there are limits on the number of consecutive days they can be used.
