Property Tax (no city tax) - Loudon County taxes are assessed at 25% of appraised value.  Tax rate is $1.84 per hundred dollars of assessed valuation.

No State Income Tax except for dividends from stocks, income from investment trusts and mutual funds (including capital gains) and interest from bonds issued outside Tennessee which are in excess of $1,250 ($2,500 for married persons filing jointly) are taxable at 6%.
