Welcome to the Foothills Pointe Owners' Association Community Connection Website -- keeping the members of our community up-to-date on important information, happenings and resources for our neighborhood association.

Located in the Tennessee foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains,  Foothills Pointe is a small private community on Tellico Lake.  Residents enjoy beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains as well as fishing, boating and swimming at Tellico Lake.  With a clubhouse and pavilion for parties and monthly get-togethers, a pool, two tennis/pickleball courts, and more than 60 slips for boats and personal watercraft, the community provides an opportunity to relax in a small town atmosphere.  Yet, Foothills Pointe is within 30 minutes of major shopping, entertainment, educational, and medical facilities. 

Foothills Pointe is a community of wonderful  and welcoming people.  Please take time to visit the community if you are looking for your second or forever home.
